My personal training service is a fully customized, 1-on-1 fitness experience tailored to your specific goals, abilities, and needs.

Accountability is a significant part of the success. I will keep you motivated and on track, ensuring you consistently progress. You will receive my guidance to maximise your workout efficiency and not waste time on ineffective exercises or routines.


What you get
My training programmes are designed in phases to optimise your muscle and strength gains, considering your unique needs and fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, I will create a program that’s perfect for you.
You will gain access to my coaching app, which will allow me to track your progress, adapt your program as you improve, and provide you with exercise videos to ensure proper technique.

Nutrition coaching can be purchased as an additional service to personal training.
The exercise is just one part of the equation. I will provide personalised nutrition advice and support to help you achieve your goals regarding fat loss, muscle gain and health.
I will show you exactly how to eat without restriction and still get to your goal. I’ll remove the confusion you have with nutrition so that it’s easy and simple for you to follow

Nutrition Coaching Pricing
Nutrition coaching is available as an additional service for $39 per week and can be tailored to various goals such as:

This service is flexible—you can commit for a short term (e.g., 6 weeks to lose holiday weight) or opt for longer-term support (e.g., improving health, or performance during the footy season).

Cancellation Policy:
i) 10-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know at least 10 hours in advance. This gives me enough time to adjust my schedule.
ii) Emergency Exceptions & Rescheduling: I understand things come up! If you’re facing an emergency and I’m able to reschedule your session within the same week, there’s no charge. However, if rescheduling isn’t possible, a fee of 50% of the session will be charged.
(1) Emergency: Life happens! If there’s a genuine emergency (like illness or an accident), just let me know as soon as possible. I’m always happy to be flexible in these cases.
iii) Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 10 hours or don’t show up, a fee of 50% of the session will be charged unless rescheduling is possible due to an emergency.
