My name is Daniel Cvrk, and I am a qualified Personal Trainer and MNU Certified Nutritionist, originally from the Czech Republic but currently changing lives in Perth, WA.
Health and fitness have always been a massive part of my life due to my ice hockey career. However, when I quit ice hockey at the age of 21, I went down the wrong road full of partying, drinking and other bad habits. After a couple of years of living this unfulfilled lifestyle, I realised that I am 20 kilos overweight and my life sucks. Those years were followed by many tries and fails to reach a healthy mind and body.
After three years of personal training experience, I decided to become a nutritionist to gain more knowledge in evidence-based nutrition and improve my client's lives more effectively and sustainably. I specialise in resistance training and perfecting your lifting form to achieve the results that you are looking for. Whether you are after weight loss, muscle building or improving your overall health and life, combined optimal nutrition and resistance training are the best strategies you can find in the fitness space.
