Daniel Cvrk
Hi, I’m Daniel Cvrk — a qualified Personal Trainer and MNU-Certified Nutritionist, originally from the Czech Republic, now living in Perth, WA.

Health and fitness have always been a big part of my life, thanks to my background in ice hockey. But when I quit the sport at 21, I took a turn down a path of partying, drinking, and unhealthy habits. A couple of years later, I found myself 20 kilos heavier and feeling completely stuck. I tried — and failed — many times to get my health back on track. That journey wasn’t easy, but it taught me what doesn’t work and why quick fixes always fall short.

After gaining several years of personal training experience, I realised that knowing how to train wasn’t enough — I needed to understand nutrition on a deeper, evidence-based level to truly help people. That’s why I became an MNU-Certified Nutritionist.

I am offering a wide range of services from 1 on 1 Personal training to Online coaching. This can be either a casual, weekly or monthly subscription, There are many different ways to get fit and stay fit.
